Reservations

Reserve your room today by clicking HERE. Rooms are available the nights of Sunday, October 26 & Monday, October 27, 2025 at the group rate of $359/night plus taxes & fees. Rooms are available at the group rate through Friday, October 3, 2025, or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Requests for pre and or post nights can be made by reaching out to support@facerealityevents.com. However, these requests are based on availability at the hotel, and we cannot guarantee availability. Upon receiving your request, our team will work with the hotel and then reach out to you directly to follow up with your options.

Location

The Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is approximately 17 miles (about a 25-30 minute drive) from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. ROOMS Each Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring luxurious furnishings and modern amenities. Many rooms offer private balconies or patios with picturesque views of the surrounding Hill Country. Please note, the resort has a capacity rule of up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children per room.

Check In/ Out Time

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you arrive before the guaranteed check-in time, the resort can store your luggage, allowing you to explore the property and enjoy its amenities. While the resort will do its best to accommodate early arrivals, room availability before the official check-in time cannot be guaranteed. PARKING Self-parking is a available in the parking garages at no additional charge. Valet parking is available for $40/day or $45/overnight plus taxes. Rates subject to change.

Relax and rejuvenate at the Mokara Spa, a world-class facility offering a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies. Face Reality Summit guests will receive 10% off of spa services and treatments. We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time, appointments can be made by calling 512-306-513. There will be a 23% service charge added to all spa services.
