For Stephanie Criscione the last 22 years have been a professional journey with a singular focus: improving the skin and wellness of her clientele. As a practicing esthetician and small business owner, she developed and administered tailored esthetic treatments based on a deep understanding of the chemistry and biological underpinnings of healthy skin. A lifelong learner, it was a natural evolution to become an educator at San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology (SFIEC) where she developed advanced esthetics curriculum and trained hundreds of new estheticians in esthetic techniques and imparted sales strategies to set graduates up for success. . She later assumed the role Lead Esthetician and Brand Ambassador for SenSpa, where she honed her staff recruitment, training, and motivation skills to build up a formidable team focused on patient wellness.. She also customized synergistic pre/post-operative care regimes with Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists to maximize clinical results.. After obtaining her Functional Medicine Health Coach certification, she joined the amazing team at Skin Med Spa with the ability to address the full spectrum of her patients’ individual needs. Going into her 25th year as a licensed esthetician Stephanie is thriving in her new role as the Director of Education and Clinic at Face Reality™. She’s also a published author with her work found in journals/lifestyle publications including Skin Inc., Les Esthetique Nouvelle, Dermascope, and Teen Vogue.
